9 Pedals I’m Dying To Review

Naturally, like any enthusiast that finds themselves collecting items of a certain niche, I have begun to develop a list of pedals I would particularly love to review. In no particular order, here is a list of nine pedals I would particularly love to get my hands on.

Electro-Harmonix Pitchfork

The Pitchfork by Electro-Harmonix is here because of my sheer curiosity – it is a pedal I see it all the time on Reddit, gracing many a cool looking pedalboard. I love a good octave pitch-shift anyway, so to get my hands on a Pitch Fork is a high priority, both personally and for the purposes of this site.

Orange Getaway Driver ’70s Amp-In-A-Box Overdrive Guitar Effects Pedal

Guitar.com referred to this pedal as, ‘The Getaway Driver is a one-box festival of pure rock‘. It’s made by industry legends Orange and boasts the tech to drive forth a 70s rock tone that will shake you as you play. I’ve never used any of the amp-in-a-box pedals out there, and this seems like a prestigious place to start.

BOSS MT-2-3A – 30th Anniversary Limited Edition All-Black Colorway – Metal Zone Effects Pedal

I’m a big fan of Boss, and I really want to review a Metal Zone anyway. But in black? Say no more.

Behringer Ultra Octave UO300

Behringer have a vast array of pedals available, emulating many iconic pedals. The UO300 is a pedal that seems to surprise many of its users and I’m keen to see what this pedal is capable of.

Donner Dark Mouse

The Donner Dark Mouse is yet another Rat clone, but one that brings a smile to many a YouTube reviewer’s face. The tones I’ve heard the Dark Mouse produce make me genuinely want to know if the hype is real and as they shift for about £20-25 new, this is a pedal I will be reviewing very soon!

MXR DD25 Dookie Drive

I’m a Green Day fan – I don’t really have a choice about wanting to have a crack at this pedal. If this can make me sound like I’m in Green Day as I play a few renditions of When I Come Around, I’ll die a happy man.

Ditto+ Looper

I see the Ditto+ Looper everywhere on the internet – it’s like the standard looper for Tik Tok guitarists, so I’m really curious as to the range of possibilities this looper can offer someone like me who, at the time of writing, is yet to explore looper pedals.

Thanks for coming along for my journey of vanity! If you would like to sponsor a review of any of these pedals – or any others for that matter – visit this page for more details.
